FitzGerald BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council substitutes the recommendation provided in Report CORP-2026-12 for the following: BE IT RESOLVED THAT: staff be directed to bring back a report to the next Regular Council Meeting investigating the options of: Using a co-location to replace the telecommunications tower at 40 Florence St. W; 2.Consulting with the Muskoka Community Land Trust on financial commitments to assist with the cost of the tower. AND FURTHER THAT: the option of cellular be removed from consideration.
