IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT: $16,164 be taken from the River Mill Washroom Reserve and $15,336 be taken from the Facility Reserve to cover the cost of the River Mill Park washroom repair in the amount of $31,500. AND FURTHER THAT: The River Mill washroom reserve be terminated.

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT : Committee approve the following: The draft amendments to the Outdoor Lighting By-law, attached as Schedule A to Report DEV-2025-59; An amendment to the Appeals Committee By-law Schedule “A” to add Outdoor Lighting Bylaw; An amendment to the 2022-2026 Committees of Council Terms of Reference to change to follow Appeals Committee By-law Schedule "A"; AND FURTHER THAT : the relevant by-laws be provided to Council for consideration; AND FURTHER THAT : The Outdoor Lighting Bylaw 2016-3 be repealed and replaced upon final approval by Council.
