WHEREAS: staff were directed to proceed with the Huntsville Transit Expansion and Optimization Plan in three phases as outlined in Report OPS-2025-12 AND WHEREAS : the Transit Expansion and Optimization Plan has provided an opportunity to establish a cohesive transit identity through branding; NOW THEREFORE, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT: the Transit Brand outlined in Report CORP-2026-40 be approved in principle; AND FURTHER THAT: prior to production, the final signage design be provided to Member Kirwin for review of accessibility standards compliance.

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT: Committee approve the 2026 Update to the 2023-2027 Town of Huntsville Accessibility Plan and the Accessibility Accomplishments to date, attached as Schedules "A" and "B" to Report CORP-2026-41.
