IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT: Committee suspend the rules of procedure related to Speaking Order and Limit, for the purpose of agenda item 5.1. MHP Strategic Plan; AND FURTHER THAT: all rules of procedure will be reinstated once the agenda item has been completed.
