Motion of Committee IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT: Committee hereby appoints Debbie Kirwin to conduct any necessary Site Plan Reviews, as per Part VII, section (4) (b) of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, on behalf of the Accessibility Advisory Committee. AND FURTHER THAT: Motion AAC2-23 be repealed.
